We maintain small caseloads for our BCBAs (our full-time- 30 hours per week- BCBAs average 9 clients), enabling our team to spend more time with each client and to provide increased supervision (15%-20% of clinical hours worked) to our behavior technicians. We offer a variety of (paid) training opportunities for our team led by our VP of Clinical Services including Journal Club and our CLASS (Clinical Leadership Assessment and Supervision Skills) Program that focuses on evidence-based approaches to common clinical questions and concerns. Our VP of Clinical Services also provides additional supervision and peer-review to our team of BCBAs. Job Description:

As a BCBA, you will perform assessments to determine the factors driving a client's behavior and work closely with the family to develop an intervention plan. You will work in-home and in the community with families and the assigned R/BTs to implement the programs, train the team and caregivers, fine tune the program and promote generalization of the plan.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports
  • Develop & monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans
  • Supervise and train Behavioral Technicians
  • Develop and monitor individual behavior management protocols and behavior intervention plans for children
  • Provide support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers with regard to managing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors through the principles of ABA
  • Conduct Functional Assessments and Functional Analysis of all problem behaviors when needed and clinically warranted
  • Review program effectiveness, make recommendations, monitor data collection, and graph/monitor progress
  • Design positive behavior support and skill acquisition plans with individualized behavioral goals
  • Train parents, caregivers and behavior therapist staff who implement plans with children on principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Supervision and Training
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with strong executive function skills
  • 1-2 years of experience in a clinical and/or home services setting

Qualifications Required:

  • Doctoral or Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Active BCBA certification
  • Active MA LABA, or ability to obtain it within 30 days of hire
  • Ability to be credentialed with all funders, including Medicaid
  • Driver’s License
  • Health care industry experience
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Professional communication skills and the ability to work with people
  • Must be fully COVID vaccinated

Schedule:

  • Flexible part time and full time schedules available
